Reagan's Queen Anne
Top Rated B&B for 16 years

The following remarks were taken from our various room journal entries.

"We have stayed in over 55 B&Bs in 12 states, and yours ranks in the top 10 percent!! We have a rating system for B&Bs we visit,
and you are definitely one of our FIVE star B&Bs."  Bob & Nancy, NE ~  5/2002

"You have a treasure here. Few Queen Annes in the midwest are as charming, and probably none as well furnished."
John G., Professor of Architecture, Univ. of Illinois  ~  8/2003

"The hospitality the two of you offered us was among the best we have received anywhere. You have one of the nicest B&Bs in over 70 to date.
Still a FIVE star establishment! We will certainly want to come visit again."  Bob & Nancy, NE ~  10/2003

"What a fabulous place to go to just bask in the beauty of this splendid home. The hosts Judy & Norm are grand folk.
Breakfast is served so elegantly & tasty it is fit for a King & Queen! Reagan's Queen Anne is an experience everyone should have the opportunity
to enjoy for themselves. I can't wait for a return visit!"  Norman & Chris, IL ~ 11/2004(Repeats in '05, '06, '07, '08, '09, '11, '15)

"Returning to Reagan's, we experienced a get away for slowing our pace. The hummingbirds were active. Gourmet candle lit breakfast
provided a mood to shift from fast pace to the needed slower living. ...Great hosts and the quiet comfortable rooms encouraged
reading, internet exploring, and sleep.
"   Bill & Judy, IA ~ (Repeats in '09, '10, '11, '12, '13, '14)

"Judy and Norm, the owners, were the most gracious hosts. Our room was clean, warm, and inviting. The delicious breakfast served by candlelight
was a special touch that we both enjoyed. The Italian quiche and Norm's muffins were divine! We can't wait until we can return for another stay
in our favorite place in Hannibal."   Janice & Terry, IA ~ (Repeats in '11, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16)

The expansive wrap-around veranda is a perfect place to unwind, read, and enjoy the fresh air and pleasant surroundings.
[Summer of 2016 the south veranda is being repaired and painted. Seating is available on the east veranda.]
During the growing season, tropical flowering plants, perennials and annuals are found throughout the yard and on the veranda.
Hummingbird feeders are visited by fleeting jewels from mid May through September, as resident hummers
perform their aerobatics for visitors. The summers of 2008, 2009 and 2010 were remarkable. More than three dozen
hummingbirds made their summer home in the neighborhood of Reagan's Queen Anne, and chose Judy's feeding stations
as their smorgasbord. In the back yard, the Koi pond, fountain and waterfall tickle the ear with their soothing songs.

Just 4 of a dozen resident hummingbirds
